Falling off the wagon....

Before I left for Portugal I was doing really well with eating and working out. I was running at least 1-2 times a week and doing Blogilates videos at home. I was eating pretty good too, hardly buying my lunch at work and mostly bringing it from home.

Since my vacation I've fallen off the bandwagon. On the way home from the airport my parents were starving so we stopped and had Wendy's. Do you know how long it had been since I had ANY Wendys/Mcdonalds etc?? Since New Years!! I hadn't had fast food in so long I just didn't even think about it anymore.

Since coming back I can't even tell you how much ice cream I've had. I've had pizza, and grabbing chocolate bars when I'm out and have the munchies.

It has been nice though to go back to having my protein shakes in the mornings and I finally went out and bought more almond milk. I thought I was buying 2 cartons of almond milk but I accidentally grabbed one soy milk. oops. I'm going to try it anyway. I figure in a smoothie I won't taste the difference??

Today I did a little shopping because I have basically no work appropriate bottoms other than pants, and it's hot out!! I went searching for longer shorts/capris and I managed to find some. Anyways, the main reason for this post is.............................................

Today I fit into the smallest pant size I have worn since grade 8. SIZE 4!!!!! :) After all that crappy eating. Go figure, eh?

Size 4? I hate you right now. Ok, not really but I'm envious. I really need to start exercising. I live in the land of amazing poutine.

lol don't worry, it was from Reitmans and the sizes are a little big I think! But still, it made me feel good. Speaking of poutine, I saw on someones Facebook today something about a poutine spring roll?! WTF

Wow, Portugal had some really great effect on you - your metabolism started doing miracles, may be it's because of all the romance that happened there;-)))
