My Weekend Away

This weekend I went away back to my hometown and saw a few old friends. It was nice to get out of town for a few days and relax. It wasn't that exciting but kind of just what I needed. I spend some time watching moves, playing Wii and having some drinks. One night we were thinking of going out, we had a few places in mind, but we decided to just stay home and have a few drinks, play some Wii and put on a movie. And it ended up being a good time, and we were glad we didn't go out and spend money! In total I only spent $30 on gas, and about $10 on fast food. So it was definately a cheap weekend away.

Next weekend is a long weekend for me since I get 3 days off and my plan is to do a major spring cleaning of my bedroom. I plan to go through literally everything I own and get rid of a lot of stuff. I'm going to go through all my clothes, books, movies, shoes, accessories, literally everything. I'm going to probably throw out a lot of stuff, but I might also list some things on craigslist that I think others might find useful like books, clothes, shoes etc.

Last night I came across an article at Christian Personal Finance that was very helpful. It is about making money with your blog but at the end there was a list of helpful websites. Two that I had never used were Google Analytics ( a site that analyzes your blog traffic) and StockXpert ( a free stock photography site). I've since signed up for Google Analytics and have visited StockXpert ( my pic on this post is from there). This site has SO SO many photos I can't wait to use them! I love when people make lists of websites they find useful because I love finding new and cool websites.
