Day 2: Educate us on something you know alot about, or are good at.
Ok here goes
How to Piss-off Your Pharmacy Staff Member:
1. Start telling me your life story on the phone and ramble on for 5 minutes before I can get a word in edgewise to ask who the hell you are. 
2. When I ask you what you need to order say "everything"
3. Wait until the last minute to order you medication and when I ask you when you would like to pick it up say "right now!"
4. Forget to mention you have insurance and show me your card at the cash register, because it just works like a credit card doesn't it?!
And probably my favourite one:
5. Expect special treatment because you're an employee!
