1. What do you miss most about being a kid? 

I just miss that care-free attitude, when your biggest worry was if you could go out and play. I miss those days where I was outside all day with my friends only coming in for lunch and dinner and not wanting to go in when it was bedtime.

2. Did you have a nickname growing up? What was it?

No not really, my name isn't really one that could be shortened.

3. What was your favorite thing to do at recess? 

The monkey bars, playing power rangers and perfecting my cartwheels lol

4. What did you want to be when you grew up? 

a zookeeper

5. What was your favorite toy?

My cabbage patch kid. I still have her.

6. What is the funniest thing you did as a kid that your parents still remind you about? 

umm when my sister was born, I asked when we were going to take her back.

1. What is something you have wanted to do but are afraid of?

Start my own business. I guess I'm afraid of investing money/effort/time and having it not work out?? Also just haven't really sat down and came up with a plan. 

2. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Within 5 years I hope to own my own home for sure. I hope to have travelled more and hopefully found someone to settle down with. 

3. What are you looking forward to before the end of 2012?

Mexico!!

4. What are your hopes for your blog?

Honestly I just hope to reach out to more people and make connections with other bloggers and find people that I can call friends.

5. Do you always see yourself living in your current town/city?

Honestly I am not sure. Right now I am here because I have my job here that I love, so I don't see myself leaving anytime in the near future, but will I stay here forever? Definitely not! lol

6. What is your morning routine?

The first thing I do is make my protein smoothie which is what I have for breakfast every day. While I am drinking that I check Facebook, emails and go through some blogs I have bookmarked on my computer. I do that for about 20-30 mins and then I get dressed and do my makeup for work. If I am not working until later in the day, I might watch some tv or run some errands before going to work.

2. What is your all time favorite book? Why?

Memoirs of a Geisha

It's just such an amazing love story, the concept of basically making it your life's mission to become a geisha just to have the opportunity to cross the path of a man is just so....you can't even put words on it. You have to read it. I read it for the first time in 8th grade I think and have re-read it probably 2 or 3 times since. 

3. What is something you'd like to accomplish before the end of 2012

Lose the last 10 pounds!

4. If you could go back and relive any year of your life which year would it be?

I guess it would be when I was 19. It was my second year of college and we were just care free. Going out to the bars almost every weekend, meeting boys, just living life and feeling on top of the world.

5. What do you wish people knew about you without you having to tell them?
my name
(story behind it is at my work everybody thats not in my department gets me and another girl mixed up ALL the time, and sometimes they get us two mixed up with a 3rd girl that works with us too. It's so annoying)

1. What were you like in Middle School/HS?(pictures)

I think I was a bit more extroverted than I am now and I also could eat whatever I wanted and remained tiny. 

2.  What were your favorite past times?

Probably hanging out with my best friend and also we had a group of older guys that we used to hang out with, we would just drive around town listening to music and talking about life. Oh the good old days..LOL

3. What songs were you obsessed with?(Backstreet Boys anyone?)

Oh gosh, definitely BackStreet Boys, Nsync, I was totally obsessed with Christina Aguilera when she first came out too. 

4. What fashion statement do you look back on and cringe?
I honestly can't think of anything. 

5. Who was your celeb crush?

I think it was mostly Johnny Depp when I saw the first Pirates of the Caribbean.

6. What were your favorite tv shows/movies?
Dawsons Creek, Gilmore Girls and American Dreams :)

If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Cheese and crackers. I know, it's so simple, but I could eat that any day, anytime.

What's your guilty pleasure/comfort food?

Chocolate

What foods do you avoid at all costs?

I don't like to eat anything from the sea.

What meal reminds you of your childhood?

Nothing really stands out.. I guess Kraft Dinner. Now I prefer the Presidents choice white one.

These are a great way to get your chocolate fix without it being totally unhealthy. I have made them again and again and love them every time.

1. What is your favorite Fall activity?
I don't know....shopping for fall clothes! lol

2. Do you follow a football team? if so which one and why?

No I don't watch football at all

3. What is something fun about Fall in your area?

This question prompted my to research fall activities in my area. LOL

I haven't done this before but a nearby town has this "haunted harbour" thing going on where you can take candlelit walks through the trails and its supposed to be all spooky. I might have to check it out. Also there is a nearby pumpkin patch where you can pick your own pumpkins. It seems to be a big thing for people with kids. 

4. Fav Fall outfit staples?
I would have to say pea coats and boots. 

5. Thing you are looking forward to most about this coming Fall season?

CASTLE

6. Favorite Fall holiday? Traditions?
Thanksgiving. We don't have a tradition really, but we usually spend it with my aunt who lives in the same city.

1. What is your dream job?

Travelling the world staying in various 5 star resorts and reviewing them 

2. If you had just won the lottery and didn't need to work for money, what would you do 

with your time?

Well...first I would buy a huge waterfront condo, in fact maybe two (in different cities) and once I was done decorating them and shopping for everything I want then I would probably volunteer. I would probably do one of those volunteer trips where you go build schools in a 3rd world country or something. And I would blog more, about all my adventures :)

3. When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

The first thing I ever wanted to be was a zookeeper, LOL

4. What piece career advice would you give to someone just starting out in your field?

Um...take it day by day, don't take things personally and get a thick skin.

5. Biggest Pet Peeves either in life or in blogging or at work

Oh gosh I could list sooo many:

-people not signalling when driving

-when your skin gets all gross and wrinkly from being wet for too long

-customers at work ordering their medications but they don't know what its called, what it's for or even what it looks like, WTF, ok go home and call me when you figure your shit out.

-when you're in a hurry and people are walking so slow

..I could go on but when I'm on the spot I can't think of that many lol

6. Biggest Fears

Have you ever seen that show I Didn't Know I was Pregnant?? Yeah, that right there. lol Also never finding love.
